I taught yoga for more than 20 years. I owned and operated Green Tara Yoga in Upland, California.I taught people to enjoy their practice and the journey. I also have certified more than 60 yoga teachers who now share the practice around the globe. My specializations in yoga are Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Athletes. The focus of ypga is UNION and that means something different to each person. The practice is designed to grow and change with you. The practice helps to become more in touch with that which is greater than you alone. It helps to quiet the mind and allow more light to shine in!
I retired from teaching yoga classes. I continue to practice yoga and explore the mind, body , soul connection.
I am always open to teaching special classes, workshops and retreats. I have taught yoga in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Africa.

YIN YOGA with Doug Moss
Yoga in the Taoist Tradition. Slow, meditative, long holds, deep and rejuvenating. We work deep into the connective tissues. We learn techniques to assist with releasing tension in the body and increasing flexibility and resilience. Perfect for athletes and those who seek to increase their range of motion and freedom in their bodies. The Emphasis on breathing and passive holding of poses for longer periods enhances chi (vital energy in Traditional Chinese Medicine) and its movement through the body. Some SLOW floor based flows are utilized to help reduce stagnation.
