A 60 minute opportunity to
surrender. Each session
provides an opportunity to
quiet the body, mind and soul
while engaging the connective
tissues of the body that tend
to hold tension and blockages.
A perfect compliment to more
active yoga, martial arts, sports
or dance practices!
Hatha Yoga

Seasonal Mojo Vinyasa Flow

A 2 hour exploration of the
body and soul that is perfectly
tuned to the season! This class
is offered once per season and
encorporates Yang, Yin,
Kundalini,  Qigong, T'ai Chi,
Tibetan Meditation, Tantric,
Chant and Dance.
