Yin Yoga......

is a 1 hour class designed to be a practice in slow movement,
stillness and surrender.  We practice long-held relaxed floor based
asana or poses to  stretch and stimulate deep connective Yin
tissues of the body including the lower back, hips, shoulders, and
sacrum.  We activate meridian points in the body encouraging
blood, lymp and energy movement through the body. We practice
breathwork to faciliate Qi or Prana flow throughout the body.

This is a deep, meditative practice that complements all other active
(Yang) pursuits including more rigorous yoga practices, dance,
martial arts, running, climbing, skiing and various sports.

This is an all levels class.
