Mindful Flow
Hatha Yoga
Mindful Flow Hatha Yoga .......

is a physical, active, playful practice designed to bring the student into a greater level of
physical, mental and spiritual awareness.

This 1.5 hour practice is designed to work on physical and mental discipline. This practice
consists of an ever changing sequence of asanas or poses that are designed to develop
breath control, flexibility, concentration, strength and stamina. All muscle groups of the body
are actively engaged during this practice. Slow flowing sequences of poses or vinyasas are
introduced seasonally. Other asana are held for longer periods of time enabling the student
to  develop  a greater awareness of alignment and detail.

You can expect a joyous, fun, noncompetive environment where you can develop a yoga
practice that is truly
YOURS but is facilitated by an experienced master yoga teacher.
